Reis Textile Industry and Trade S.A. where is the crossroads of Anatolian, is shining star in cotton yarn.

Reis Textile is the textile factory, start of establish in 1997 and produce 100% cotton yarn from the beginning of 1998 .

Reis Textile is active at Afyon Organized Industrial Region on 92,000 sqm area with its 16,500 sqm closed area.

The large and well-kept green areas are indication of our firms’ environmental understanding.

Our firm is certificated with the ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System by KEMA-KRQ which is accredited in Europe, in November 2000.

In January 2001 our capacity totally increased 27,000 spindles with the addition of 12,000 spindles new combed yarn line.

In our factory, yarns which are between NE 16/1 and NE 40/1 Carded, NE 16/1 and NE 60/1 Combed Cotton Yarns are produced with very high quality from Aegean Cottons.

If our Customers want, that we use Organic Cotton and long staple Cotton in production.

Our company’s first target is production of high quality and second is export which is according to the inner and international markets’ conditions, and then integretion.

PRODUCTION PROCESS :

1-) THE MOST SUITABLE COTTON FOR THE YARN, THE YARN WHICH IS PRODUCED WITH THE LASTEST TECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES THAT INCLUDES HVI 900 SPINLAP,AFIS-N EQUIPMENTS AND DEVELOPED LAB EQUIPMENTS, ARE FASTIDIOUSLY BLENDED.

2-) OUR YARNS ARE PRODUCED BY THE LAST MODEL TECHNOLOGICAL RIETER MACHINE PARK THE PHYSICAL VALUE IN ALL PROCESS ARE CONTINUOUSLY CONTROLLED IN OUR LABORATORIES BY THE HELP OF USTER AND ZWEIGLE COMPANIES TECHNOLOGY WHICH ARE NUMBER ONE IN THEIR SUBJECT.

3-) ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEM BOTH IN FOREIGN & DOMESTIC MARKET IS FOREIGN MATERIALS (CONTAMINATION) IN YARN.WE TAKE THE PROBLEM DOWN TO MINIMUM WITH JOSSI-VISION SHIELD AND LOEPFE YARN MASTER TECHNOLOGIES.

4-) OUR YARNS ARE PRODUCED UNDER CLIMATIC CONDITIONS WITH USING LUWA AIR-CONTITION TECHNOLOGY.

5-) OUR FACTORY IS NOT USE THE AIR PRESSURE SYSTEM.IT CAUSES FLYINGS ON THE YARN.FROM THIS POINT OF VIEW, CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEM IS USED IN OUR PRODUCTION.

6-) BOBBINS ARE PRODUCED AT LAST TECHNOLOGICAL MODEL OF MURATA VSS 07 BOBBIN MACHINES THAT PASSING FROM THE USTER CLEANER AND THE SAME LENGTHS.THE KNOTS ARE SPLICED BY AIR.

7-) OUR EACH BOBBINS ARE CONTROLLED ONE BY ONE WITH ULTRA-VIOLET RAY THEN RELIABLE PACKAGED.
